Photo- Illustration is a technique we have developed which still uses a high quality photograph as the subject matter, We then take it through a process to create an original. This original is hand embellished then reproduced digitally. The whole technique emulates the extraordinary illustrative techniques used by the Victorian illustrators who documented the early natural history or the great World Tour.  This process is labour intensive but justifies it's unique style and addition into our collection.
