The New Process section draws on some of the more traditional photographic methods such as Cyanotypes, Victorian photo-illustration and Digital Oil Painting. These three techniques all begin as an image taken by our photographer and then or processed in very different ways. For more information please click through into the relevant sections to find out more.
The cyanotype, or blueprint, process dates back to 1841. It is a contact printing method and uses ultra violet or sunlight to process a hand made emulsion which has been hand coated onto our water colour paper. The hand made images are very limited and vary slightly from one image to another, however we produce digital reproductions from our originals. Please call for more information about the limited editions.
